The National Electric and Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) is organizing Energy Week 2020 from February 24 to 28 to look into the challenges and to suggest way forward for the power sector of Pakistan. ISLAMABAD: Amid a modest rise in liquefied natural gas (LNG) imports by Asia, Pakistan has ranked among the top three countries in South Asia, which recorded 19% increase in imports in the year 2019.
