The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is found to be involved in almost over Rs1 billion swindle by double charging domestic consumers in GI (Galvanized Iron) pipes fittings while installing the gas connection meters since 2013. The government on Sunday kept unchanged the prices of two major petroleum products — petrol and high speed diesel — and slightly increased those of kerosene and light diesel oil for the next 16 days i.e. till Aug 31.
