The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) has imposed a fine of Rs10 million on the National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) on account of power supply failure and partial blackout. Sindh minister challenges ‘unfair dismissal’ of KE staff
Sindh Energy Minister, Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh on Wednesday demanded that the federal government take immediate action against K-Electric (KE) for terminating the services of a large number of employees. In a letter written to Federal Energy Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan, the minister expressed grave concern on the ongoing process of laying off KE employees.
