Petrol price slashed by Rs5.45 per litre for next fortnight

The petrol price in Pakistan has been slashed by Rs5.45 per litre from Rs293.94 to Rs288.49 for the next fortnight in line with the recommendations of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra). The new fuel prices will be effective from this midnight (May 1), according to an official notification issued by the Finance Division on Tuesday.
