ISLAMABAD: As many as five candidates, including one top former bureaucrat, are in the race for the position of Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) chairman. Initially, a special committee, headed by close aide of Prime Minister Imran Khan, had shortlisted 24 candidates. NTDC to install anti-fog insulators to prevent tripping

The National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) has announced that it will install anti-fog disc insulators at Port Qasim, Karachi. The move comes after the electricity distributor faced severe criticism in the past 72 hours following tripping of some power plants and a few 500-kilovolt transmission lines.
