Sindh Government on Thursday rejected any attempt of Federal Government to work out natural gas tariff by including RLNG into existing Weighted Average Cost of Gas (WACoG). January 08, 2020: A tripartite Interim Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) of Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Project (NJHPP) was signed today among Central Power Purchasing Agency (Guarantee) Limited (CPPAG), Neelum Jhelum Hydropower Company Limited (NJHPCL) and Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) for purchase of power from NJHPCL. Energy Department Sindh has sought Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leadership’s intervention to end the existing gas crisis being faced by the consumers across the province.
