KARACHI: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has awarded a gas marketing licence to Shell Energy Pakistan (Pvt) Limited, a statement said on Monday. Shell Energy Pakistan has been incorporated to carry out downstream gas marketing activities in Pakistan, it added.
