ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has recently ordered the federal government to establish an electricity tribunal forthwith. The Appellate Tribunal for electricity sector has been provided in the Electricity Law 2015. The country’s trade deficit soared to $5.8 billion in the first quarter of the current fiscal year, according to data shared by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
