Minister for Petroleum Omar Ayub Khan has said that 12 per cent additional natural gas was provided to the consumers in December as compared to last year. In his tweet here Wednesday, the minister said the Sui Northern Gas Company Limited (SNGPL) had provided average 831,000 cubic feet gas in December 2018 while 30 per cent more gas was supplied in first 15 days of December 2019. He said that SNGPL pumped 47 per cent more gas to domestic consumers during 2019.

The Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) on Monday announced that it has achieved the financial close of Phase II of Mining Project in Thar Block II.
