Govt spends Rs 2b to implement electricity, gas schemes

The Federal government is spending more than two billion of rupees to execute electricity and Sui gas supply schemes in the district Hafizabad and no any village will be left without electricity and Sui gas facilities before completion of five year constitutional tenure of present government of PTI led by Prime Minister Imran Khan.

These views were expressed by the Member National Assembly Chaudhry Shoukat Ali Bhatti while addressing inaugural ceremony of electricity scheme at village Bagh Kohnah near Pindi Bhattian. Local leader of PTI Chaudhry Sakandar Nawaz Bhatti and Chaudhry Ehsanullah Bhatti and a large number of people attended the function.

He said that federal and the Punjab governments were executing more than Re. 30 billion of rupees for completing ongoing and new development schemes to ensure provision of better communicational, health, education and other basic facilities in the district.

He said that all electoral promises were being fulfilled gradually and Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar had gifted historic development package of billion of rupees to the people of district Hafizabad.

He said that the Chief Minister of the Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar had diverted development funds to backward and those areas which were ignored by the previous government.
