KARACHI, July 30, 2026 : Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) has made a gas and condensate discovery from its exploratory well Rahi X-1 in Shah Bandar Block located in District Sujawal, Sindh. This is the fourth consecutive discovery in Shah Bandar Block by PPL as operator with 63% Working Interest (WI) along with joint venture partners Mari Energies Limited with 32% WI, while Sindh Energy Holding Company Limited & Government Holdings Private Limited has 2.5% WI each.
