Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Riyadh is set to become the epicenter of global energy dialogue as Energy Week in Riyadh convenes ministers, policymakers, CEOs, investors, and technical experts from 26–30 April 2026. The landmark gathering will align multiple high-level international and regional platforms within a single coordinated framework, fostering policy dialogue, market exchange, and cross-sector collaboration at a pivotal time for the global energy system.

Held in tandem, the 25th WPC Energy Congress will take place in the Kingdom for the first time in its 93-year history under the theme “Pathways to an Energy Future for All.” The Congress is expected to attract over 25,000 participants from more than 100 countries, focusing on secure, inclusive, and sustainable energy pathways shaped by regional realities and global cooperation.

Energy Week will incorporate key engagements including the IEF17 Ministerial Meeting of the International Energy Forum, the GCC Energy Ministers Meeting, and high-level sessions hosted by OAPEC (Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries), including a workshop on Arab producers’ role in energy transformation and a technical seminar on reducing carbon emissions in downstream petroleum industries. The week will also feature the presentation of the 2026 Annual Statistical Bulletin by OPEC, a globally recognized benchmark for oil and gas market analysis.

The Congress will be held at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, bringing together heads of state, ministers, industry leaders, academics, engineers, and global media. The five-day Executive Programme will include Ministerial Dialogues on global energy governance and high-level plenaries addressing market outlooks, investment flows, transformation pathways, and emerging technologies.

The Technical Programme will feature five thematic tracks and 31 specialist forums covering primary energy supply, infrastructure transformation, emerging fuels, leadership, and advanced technologies focused on safety, efficiency, and emissions reduction.

A dynamic Special Programme will introduce interactive formats such as a Debate Series, Knowledge Sprint, and Energy Hackathon, alongside dedicated tracks for Young Professionals, Women in Energy, Circular Carbon Economy, Social Responsibility, and AI and Digitalisation.

Complementing the dialogue, a 50,000-square-metre exhibition will host more than 300 companies showcasing innovations spanning renewables, hydrogen infrastructure, digital systems, and low-carbon technologies.

With just over 60 days remaining, international registrations are accelerating as global leaders prepare for what is expected to be a defining week for energy policy, markets, and technology.

Delegate registration is now open, with early-bird rates available until 31 March 2026.
