ISLAMABAD: Pertur­bed over the power regulator’s inquiry indicting distribution companies (Discos) of malpractices and over-billing in the provision of electricity, the Power Division on Wed­nesday constituted an­­other ‘independent and impartial committee’ to probe the findings and legalities of the Nepra report.
