NTDC Issues Default Notice to Sinohydro on Postpone 45 km Transmission Line Project

The Public Transmission and Despatch Organization (NTDC) gave notice of default to a Chinese firm for unnecessary postpones in the fruition of a 45-km transmission line close to Lahore.

In a notification of default, the NTDC has passed on to Sinohydro Corp Ltd that the booked fruition for the 220kV transmission line was April 24, 2021 (ie 540 days from the powerful date of Nov 1, 2019) which had slipped by quite some time in the past however the exhibition was as yet not sufficient even after the deferral of over three years.
